I love the challenge of helping people reach their full, healthy potential. Whether it's for weight loss, muscle building or to regain their (pain free) mobility; I basically help you 'bullet proof' your body.

In today's society of comfort, those that welcome a little stress in their body (through resistance training) and know how to recover from those stressors (with sleep and nutrition), will be in the top 1% of the fittest people on earth.
