“Annemarie strives to be a coach with knowledge about training, (orthomolecular) nutrition and women’s health. Expanding her knowledge is something she loves to do. A holistic approach to build lasting change is important, as we want lasting change and not the endless cycle of stopping/starting.
Annemarie knows, based on experience, how hard reaching your fitness goals can be. It is important to create a safe space for women where you can ask questions, step out of your comfort zone and receive and implement new information. Everyone is different and for that reason, everything is personalized. Her focus is personal training, nutrition consultations as well as group coaching for women.
Her passion is building physically stronger women who are confident in and outside of the gym. Educating women on topics like the menstrual cycle, nutrition, sleep, habits and routines is important to her. Annemarie is focused on providing long term results and does not support quick fixes.
